The StudFinder Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting StudFinder subscription plans available at https://studfinder.app (the “Site”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and operate websites, communities, or social media accounts that comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. StudFinder reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. StudFinder reserves the right to close or deactivate any affiliate account at any time.
Once approved, Affiliates will receive access to the StudFinder affiliate portal to generate referral links, track performance, and request payouts. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Qualifying revenue excludes refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and applicable taxes.
The standard attribution window is 7 days from the initial click on an Affiliate link.
If multiple affiliates are involved, commissions are credited on a last-click attribution basis unless otherwise stated.

Affiliates may only promote authorized referral links or codes provided through the affiliate portal. Publishing leaked, expired, or unauthorized codes is prohibited and may result in commission reversal or removal from the Program.
StudFinder reserves the right to review traffic quality and withhold or reverse commissions related to suspected fraud, self-referrals, IP overlap, abnormal conversion rates, or excessive refunds.
Affiliates may use StudFinder trademarks, logos, and assets only as provided in the official media kit. Logos may not be altered, and Affiliates may not imply partnership, endorsement, or guarantees beyond participation in the Program.
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines, near any affiliate link or promotional content.
StudFinder processes data to track referrals and manage payouts. Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy at: https://studfinder.app/privacy-policy
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes due on commissions earned. StudFinder may request tax documentation where required by law.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. StudFinder may withhold unpaid commissions resulting from violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
StudFinder may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
