StudFinder Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The StudFinder Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting StudFinder subscription plans available at https://studfinder.app (the “Site”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and operate websites, communities, or social media accounts that comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. StudFinder reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. StudFinder reserves the right to close or deactivate any affiliate account at any time.

3. Enrollment and Account

Once approved, Affiliates will receive access to the StudFinder affiliate portal to generate referral links, track performance, and request payouts. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Commissions

  • Commission rate: 25% of subscription fees collected
  • Example: A Pro subscription costing the end user $19.99 a month earns approximately $5.00 per month ($60 per year) per active subscriber
  • Commissions apply to initial subscriptions and recurring renewals
  • There is no limit to the total commissions an Affiliate may earn

Qualifying revenue excludes refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and applicable taxes.

5. Attribution Window

The standard attribution window is 7 days from the initial click on an Affiliate link.

If multiple affiliates are involved, commissions are credited on a last-click attribution basis unless otherwise stated.

6. Exclusions

Commissions are not paid on:

  • Refunded or reversed transactions
  • Fraudulent or abusive signups
  • Internal, test, or self-referrals
  • Enterprise, wholesale, or custom-priced agreements unless explicitly approved in writing

7. Payouts

  • Payout frequency: Monthly
  • Payment method: PayPal
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50.00

Balances below the payout threshold will roll over to the next payout period. All payouts are issued in USD.

8. Promotional Rules

Allowed:

  • Blog posts and tutorials
  • Product reviews and comparisons
  • YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and social media posts
  • Email marketing to opt-in audiences

Prohibited:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
  • Misleading, deceptive, or false claims
  • Adult, illegal, or hateful content
  • Malware, adware, or browser extensions that interfere with tracking

9. Paid Media and Bidding

Affiliates may not:

  • Bid on “StudFinder” or misspellings in paid search or shopping ads
  • Run ads that send traffic directly to checkout pages
  • Cloak or mask affiliate links to hide the destination domain

10. Coupon and Code Policy

Affiliates may only promote authorized referral links or codes provided through the affiliate portal. Publishing leaked, expired, or unauthorized codes is prohibited and may result in commission reversal or removal from the Program.

11. Anti-Fraud Policy

StudFinder reserves the right to review traffic quality and withhold or reverse commissions related to suspected fraud, self-referrals, IP overlap, abnormal conversion rates, or excessive refunds.

12. Content and Brand Usage

Affiliates may use StudFinder trademarks, logos, and assets only as provided in the official media kit. Logos may not be altered, and Affiliates may not imply partnership, endorsement, or guarantees beyond participation in the Program.

13. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines, near any affiliate link or promotional content.

14. Privacy and Data

StudFinder processes data to track referrals and manage payouts. Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy at: https://studfinder.app/privacy-policy

15. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes due on commissions earned. StudFinder may request tax documentation where required by law.

16. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. StudFinder may withhold unpaid commissions resulting from violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

17. Changes to Terms

StudFinder may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
